2 weeks ago I got an idea. Had baked Czech cake and brought it to Ipek Pastanesi. To show them we (Czechs) like other tastes than chocolate with chocolate. They were pleased with PERNÍK. This fruit cake I was given on Friday. As a thank-you gift. They enjoyed. When time allows I am bringing the receipt for them. So this might be a start of new pastry history? Or? At least trying to teach old men new tricks? Anyway I am happy to. This cake was really delicious. They had shown me, they can produce things with love.

 Is it the key for everything? To produce love, to share love and to LOVE all who differs? Yes…
