My first cooking demo had the taste of Sri Lanka. Kuraishini was showing us how to prepare semolina love cake, lentil daal with spinach and fish cutlets (plus kumin rice). We saw her preparing this special menu and could try to prepare our cutlets. Eating together and drinking good dry red wine was the best ending. I am curious to learn more about this kitchen. It has spicy taste, uses a lot of health products plus rice. I have tried to cook cutlets, rice and lentil this week. My family enjoyed. And I have found out that Kuraishini is also fan of arts and craft as I am. I am sure we have not seen each other last time. This demo motivated me to join other demos coming. So the food is for me more fun than ever.
